Common Questions
Do I need prior healthcare experience to enroll?+
No experience required for most programs. We accept motivated adults ready to commit to the training. Some programs (like PCT) benefit from CNA experience, but it's not mandatory.
How soon can I start?+
New cohorts start monthly. Once your application is reviewed (24 hours), an advisor will share the next available start date — often within 2–4 weeks.
Which program is right for me?+
It depends on your goals and schedule. CNA and Home Health Aide are great starting points, while PCT, Dialysis, EKG, and Phlebotomy build on clinical skills. Tell an advisor what you're aiming for and they'll help you choose.
Is the training fully in-person?+
Most programs include a mix of classroom instruction and hands-on clinical hours. All clinical and lab sessions are in-person — you can't learn patient care remotely.
What if I fail my certification exam?+
We offer free exam retake prep sessions for graduates. We don't consider our job done until you're certified.
