We Built the School We Wished We Had
nCareerTek Training Institute was founded by healthcare professionals who saw a broken system: people who wanted stable, meaningful work in healthcare couldn't get there because training was too expensive, too slow, or too disconnected from real hiring.

Our Mission
Healthcare is the most stable, meaningful career sector in America — and New Jersey has one of the highest concentrations of healthcare employers in the country. Yet many people can't access the training needed to get in the door.
nCareerTek closes that gap. We offer short, affordable, hands-on programs that take people from no experience to certification-ready in a matter of weeks.
Since 2009, more than 5,000 students have trained with us, and about 90% pass their certification exams. Every program we design is built backward from what employers are actually testing in interviews and on the job.
